Activate Customer Specific Pricing

(1) At the Menu bar, Navigate to Admin > Integrations > Loyalty Program

(2) Tick on the "Integrate Reward Program with mobile app" Checkbox

(3) Tick on "Turn on customer specific price feature" Checkbox
