Status Message
Status Message is a message that notify the customer regarding to the status of their order. This feature will allow the vendor to manage the status message for their store.

This feature will allow the user to Create a Status Message to their Stores
(1) On the Menu Bar, Navigate to Admin > Integration > My Suki App
(2) Navigate to Status Message Tab. Status Message Page is displayed
(3) Click on Add status message button
(4) Fill all the fields required
(5) Click Ok. The Status Message is added to the list.
(6) Click Update to save the changes.
This feature will allow the vendor to modify the status message, whether the default status message or the created status message
(1) On the Menu Bar, Navigate to Admin > Integration > My Suki App
(2) Navigate to Status Message Tab. Status Message Page is displayed.
(3) Select a Status message to be modified.
(4) Click the edit or the pencil icon to modify the selected Status Message.
(5) Modify the field details, Click Ok
(6) Click Update to save the changes
This feature will allow the vendor to remove the created or default status message
(1) On the Menu Bar, Navigate to Admin > Integration > My Suki App
(2) Navigate to Status Message Tab. Status Message Page is displayed.
(3) Select a Status message to be deleted.
(4) Click the 'X' icon on the selected Status Message.
(5) The Status Message will removed on the list.
(6) Click Update to save the changes.
This will allow the vendor to restore the default status messages
(1) On the Menu Bar, Navigate to Admin > Integration > My Suki App.
(2) Navigate to Status Message Tab. Status Message Page is displayed.
(3) Click on Reset to default button.
(4) The original list of status message will restore
(5) Click Update to save the changes.
This feature will allow the vendor to add status message via uploading csv file

(2) Open the file and Change the sample data with your actual data
(3) After modifying the CSV file. Save the changes.
(4) Go to Admin > Integration > My Suki App
(5) Navigate to Status Message
(6) Click Upload Status Message button
(7) Click Choose file button and navigate to the file
(8) Once the file is selected click Open.
(9) Click Proceed to upload the file. Status Messages will be added to the list.
(10) Click Update to save the changes.
